Terms of Use
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Reelhouse. By tapping the acceptance control, installing, accessing, or using Reelhouse, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Definitions
“Reelhouse,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Seyfi Can Zeyrek, an individual developer operating under the brand name Morrowline Apps. Morrowline Apps is a brand name only and is not a separate registered company or other legal entity. “Service” means the Reelhouse app, website, and related generation, editing, cloud, and subscription features. “Content” means prompts, media, parameters, and generated assets.
When we offer Reelhouse to consumers in the European Union, Seyfi Can Zeyrek acts as a trader. Trader identity and contact details appear in Section 20.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Reelhouse.
4. Anonymous Account
Reelhouse uses an anonymous Firebase identifier to associate cloud-backed features, assets, settings, notifications, and purchase entitlements with an app installation. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and store account used with the service. There is no in-app account deletion control; see the Privacy Policy for deletion-request information.
5. License and Apple Terms
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reelhouse for its intended purpose.
For an Apple-distributed version, this agreement is between you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek (brand: Morrowline Apps), not Apple. You may use the licensed application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchasing arrangements. Seyfi Can Zeyrek, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support.
If the Apple-distributed application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the licensed application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation; Seyfi Can Zeyrek is responsible for other claims attributable to a warranty failure. Seyfi Can Zeyrek, not Apple, is responsible for product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property infringement claims relating to Reelhouse, to the extent applicable law requires.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Reelhouse. You represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed or U.S.-designated terrorist-supporting country and are not on a U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Apple-related terms and may enforce them against you after your acceptance.
6. System Permissions
Reelhouse may request camera permission when you choose to capture media for generation and notification permission for optional completion notifications. You may revoke permissions in device settings; a feature requiring a revoked permission may not work. RECORD_AUDIO is declared in the Android manifest, but the current app evidence does not show a runtime microphone request or microphone capture.
7. Service Description and Limits
Reelhouse provides AI-assisted image, video, music, and local editing features. Prompts, parameters, and media you submit may be processed by Firebase services, fal.ai, and each.labs for requested generation workflows. Provider terms may limit training use, commercial music use, or other rights as described in the Privacy Policy and Section 12.
Generated results depend on submitted inputs, network availability, and provider operation. We do not guarantee a particular quality, availability, outcome, originality, or suitability of generated content. Cloud records are retained for at least 30 days, and we do not promise deletion immediately after that period.
8. Health and Exercise
Reelhouse does not include fitness or exercise features in the current inventory. No health, medical, diagnostic, treatment, or emergency-use service is provided under these Terms.
9. Subscriptions and Payment
Reelhouse subscriptions are offered through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat entitlement services. The applicable store presents current product availability, price, currency, billing period, and feature information before purchase. No free trial is offered based on the current product information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through the applicable store’s subscription controls before the renewal date shown by that store. You must manage or cancel through the store. Payments, refunds, taxes, and confirmations are governed by the store’s rules; except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not promise direct refunds. You may restore purchases where supported by the store and the applicable entitlement remains available. Premium features and offerings may change.
For EU and UK consumers, statutory cancellation rights remain available where applicable. Where immediate digital-content or service performance requires consent and acknowledgement, the applicable store checkout may present that request. For US consumers, the purchase screen should obtain affirmative consent to recurring charges and provide the store-managed cancellation route clearly.
10. Advertising
Reelhouse does not enable ads according to the current inventory.
11. User Conduct
You must use Reelhouse lawfully and must not submit content or use the service in a way that violates law, third-party rights, applicable third-party terms, or these Terms. You must not interfere with the service, circumvent security controls, or use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Reelhouse may use automated safety filters. Content may be blocked or refused when filters indicate a potential violation of usage policies, including inappropriate content, violence, or copyright-related issues. Filter decisions may not be perfect; blocked results do not mean we endorse or permanently classify the underlying input.
12. Intellectual Property
Reelhouse, its software, branding, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Seyfi Can Zeyrek and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it for the requested processing. By submitting Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and display that Content solely as needed to provide the requested generation, storage, delivery, and related Service features.
As between you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek, you own the generated outputs you create through Reelhouse and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Seyfi Can Zeyrek does not claim ownership of those outputs.
Third-party provider limits. Generation may involve fal.ai and each.labs. Those providers’ published terms may impose additional conditions. In particular, each::labs’s terms state that certain AI music and audio features are provided for non-commercial use only unless each::labs expressly authorizes otherwise, and that each::labs does not grant ownership rights or commercial licenses in those AI music/audio outputs. fal’s API Services terms also state that fal does not warrant that Output Content is original or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for complying with applicable provider terms for the features you use. Output may not be unique across users.
13. Privacy Policy
The Reelhouse Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and describes how we collect, use, share, transfer, retain, and secure personal data.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reelhouse is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free service or that generation results will meet a particular requirement. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seyfi Can Zeyrek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from Reelhouse. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for Reelhouse in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of Reelhouse, breach of these Terms, or content you submit in breach of applicable law or third-party rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct and does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
17. Termination
You may stop using Reelhouse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders, or comply with law. Uninstalling removes device-local data and does not enable restoration from the server. Cloud data remains subject to the Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion-request process.
18. Dispute Resolution
Before starting a formal claim, contact sczgamesinfo@gmail.com and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain in effect where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by applicable law, the Courts of İzmir, Türkiye have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring claims in courts with jurisdiction under mandatory law, including courts of their residence where applicable. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version at https://reelhouse.morrowline.app/en/terms/ and update the date above. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
